Epping Meats & Marketplace is a specialty butcher shop, full-service delicatessen and caterer. The shop offers customers a wide variety of meats including Certified Angus beef, pork, chicken and lamb and a unique array of Boar's Head meats and cheeses. We also carry a full line of produce and breads as well as your favorite beers and wines. We are a one-stop shopping experience!

Rob and Ray are co-owners. They both have a fierce work ethic and are driven by their deep-routed family values. They relied on their individual perspectives and complimentary skill sets to make Epping Meats & Marketplace a reality. An owner will always be on-site at the shop to service customers and assure their expectations are being met (and exceeded) with each and every purchase.

Rob Martin, Master Meat Cutter

Rob is master meat cutter and has 20+ years of experience working in various segments of the meat business ranging from cutting to supermarket meat department management. He lives in Raymond with his wife Lori and his sons, Matthew and Jake.

Rob said, "With the opening of this shop I have realized a dream. I enjoy working with customers and I look forward to quickly becoming a fixture in the community of Epping."

Ray Dumaresq, Shop Manager

Ray Dumaresq grew up in New Jersey. After attending college in New Hampshire, he decided to make the 'Live Free or Die' state his home. Ray has spent the vast majority of his career as a restaurant owner/manager. His experience includes overseeing every aspect of managing a business, from product quality and customer service to human resources and finance.

Ray lives in Londonderry with his wife, Suzanne and his daughters Haley and Emily.

Ray commented, "It is invigorating to run this type of business. It's exciting to meet and get to know your customers, so that you can tailor your selections and recommendations to meet their families' needs."
